Andreas Greiner was born in 1979, and lives and works in Berlin. After studying medicine, anatomy and sculpture, he turned his attention to the influence of human beings on the evolution and form of nature. His creations mobilise a wide range of media, and he often uses biological and natural growth processes in his works. His work addresses humanity's relationship with its living and non-living environment and the nature-culture dichotomy, drawing inspiration from biology and biotechnology.

Takafumi Tsukamoto was born in 1985 in Chiba, Japan, and lives and works in Berlin. Both an artist and an architect, he studies the differences and similarities between forms, language, and media, with a particular interest in the boundaries between these elements and the interstitial spaces created. For him, architecture lies between the human world and the natural world.
