Heike Fiedler
Born in Germany, lives and works in Geneva.
Author, poet, performer, sound and visual artist, researcher. Fiedler explores the interfaces between performance and installation, text, image and music, composition and improvisation. She performs her texts with realtime-electronics, paper and voice. Since 2000, she is participating in international literature and poetry festivals, readings, music festivals. Animation of workshops in field of poetry and performance writing. Participated in the research project « Authors acting on stage: self-conception and mise-en-scène ». She has many publications in magazines, anthologies, on CD’s and is author of 7 books (poetry, prose). Several residencies, grants and subventions for her projects linked to writing and spatialisation of text and sound.
